Harrow Rental Available
In order to help smaller acreage livestock producers and horse owners improve their pasture management, the MSCD has purchased two pasture harrows. These harrows can be used to break up and distribute manure in pastures. This will aid in nutrient uptake by the grasses and reduce parasites by exposing them to fresh air and sunlight.
We have two sizes available: 4 feet wide and weighs 160 lbs, 6 feet wide and weighs 230 lbs. The harrows can be rented for a nominal charge of $20.00 Please call Ms. Karen Walker at 301-590-2855 to make arrangements.
